📋 Description

• Building trusted advisory relationships with clients • Conducting in-depth discovery with each client to understand their organizational priorities • Developing tailored strategic guidance • Proactively partnering with the Sales team to ensure client focus • Providing proactive, ongoing strategic advisory touchpoints • Delivering strategic advisory sessions on priority HR topics • Facilitating McLean & Company webinars and roundtables • Managing a defined book of business with accountability for retention • Ensuring an exceptional client experience

🎯 Requirements

• 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, including 3-5 years leading an HR team or functional HR area (e.g. VP or Director level) • Preference for experience in large (1,000+ employee) organizations and exposure to global HR environments • Broad subject matter expertise across multiple HR disciplines • Proven ability to build and maintain trusted advisory relationships with HR leaders and executive stakeholders • Collaborative, with superior listening, critical thinking, influencing, and verbal/written communication skills • Independent self-starter with strong project management skills • Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, flexible, and rapidly changing work environment • Strong intellectual curiosity and commitment to staying current on HR and business trends
