📋 Description

• Collecting and processing data from the system and related sources. • Analyzing trends in key metrics: number of calls, connection rates, successful deals, and conversions — broken down by day, shift, and employee. • Developing clear and simple dashboards (SQL, Power BI, Tableau). • Identifying bottlenecks and preparing analytical recommendations to improve team efficiency. • Preparing weekly and monthly performance reviews for management.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an analyst • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, complex formulas, data visualization) • Strong knowledge of SQL • Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus • Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work with large datasets • Proactive attitude and readiness to build processes from scratch and suggest improvements.
