📋 Description
• Design and deliver training on association management, philanthropy and fundraising research • Support learners in understanding how associations operate and their regulatory framework • Train participants on funding sources: public grants, philanthropy, sponsorship and calls for projects • Share tools, methods and best practices applicable to learners' activities • Adapt teaching to learners' profiles and needs • Provide pedagogical follow-up and foster acquisition of the target skills • Facilitate interactive, engaging remote training sessions
🎯 Requirements
• Proven expertise in association management, philanthropy and fundraising • Significant experience within the non-profit, arts and/or cultural sectors • Experience delivering professional training to adults • Proficiency with tools and methods for delivering remote training • Ability to make technical subjects accessible • Training activity declaration number (NDA) registered with the DREETS • Enjoy sharing experience and supporting learners in their projects • Experience training users on the Digiforma CRM is requested in the application form
