📋 Description

• Design and deliver training in association management, philanthropy and fundraising/grant‑seeking • Support learners in understanding how associations operate and their regulatory framework • Train participants on various funding sources: public grants, philanthropy, sponsorship, calls for proposals, etc. • Share tools, methods and best practices directly applicable to their activities • Adapt your pedagogy to learners' profiles and needs • Provide pedagogical follow-up and promote the acquisition of targeted competencies • Deliver interactive and engaging online training sessions

🎯 Requirements

• Proven expertise in association management, philanthropy and fundraising/grant‑seeking • Significant experience in the nonprofit, artistic and/or cultural sector • Experience delivering professional training to adult learners • Proficiency with tools and methods for facilitating remote/online training • Pedagogical, dynamic and able to make technical topics accessible • Registered training activity number (NDA) with DREETS
