📋 Description

• Manage, coach and support a team of field-based loss adjusters. • Drive engagement, performance and continuous development. • Ensure KPI targets are achieved while maintaining outstanding customer service. • Handle property claims in line with company and client requirements. • Ensure technical accuracy and quality throughout the claims lifecycle. • Produce clear, professional and personalised correspondence and reports. • Develop strong relationships with clients, brokers and key stakeholders. • Communicate proactively with all interested parties. • Support business growth through excellent service and relationship management. • Maintain control and progression of claims from instruction through to conclusion. • Work collaboratively to achieve both individual and team objectives. • Identify opportunities to strengthen existing relationships and generate new business opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• Significant Property Loss Adjusting experience. • Proven track record handling property and high-net-worth claims. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment. • Strong organisational skills, resilience and attention to detail.
