📋 Description

• Define and own the product roadmap for your product line, grounded in client needs, market dynamics & research, and MDOTM's broader vision. • Translate deep understanding of asset and wealth management workflows into clear product bets - knowing what to build, what to defer, and why. • Continuously synthesise inputs from clients, prospects, sales, implementation, and research into a coherent strategic narrative. • Own the product line's KPIs and be accountable for adoption, retention, and measurable impact on client outcomes. • Lead a cross-functional squad without always having direct authority - aligning engineering, data science, design, and GTM around shared goals. • Partner with sales and client success to support commercial conversations and gather client feedback and insights for your product area. • Maintain a tight feedback loop with the CPO, flagging risks, surfacing tradeoffs, and driving alignment on priorities. • Contribute to company-level product strategy discussions as a senior member of the product organisation.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in product management , in a role with clear ownership over a product area or line - not just feature delivery. • Direct experience in asset management, wealth management, or investment-related fintech - you understand how portfolio managers, investment analysts, or financial advisors actually work, and can earn their trust quickly. • Proven ability to navigate complex B2B SaaS environments with long sales cycles, enterprise clients, and deep integration requirements. • Strong grasp of data-driven and AI-powered products - you don't need to be a quant, but you need to be comfortable shaping products built on models, signals, and analytical outputs. • Track record of owning outcomes, not just output - you've shipped things, measured them, and iterated based on evidence. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - able to operate confidently with C-suite clients and internal leadership alike. • Fluent in English.
