📋 Description

• Lead education and training in affiliated physician offices on diagnostic equipment and training workflows for the MDVIP Annual Wellness Program, including developing and updating supporting medical education materials • Maintain a travel schedule of 80–90%, often requiring multi-day trips and flexibility with last-minute changes • Install or verify installation of diagnostic equipment, if not completed in advance • Evaluate new or alternative diagnostic equipment for the Wellness Program • Review and interpret medical partner utilization data to ensure accuracy and compliance across AWP programs; provide clear insights and recommendations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university • Minimum three year’s experience in healthcare or a medical field (e.g., medical assistant, nurse, clinical trainer) • Comfortable using hands-on teaching techniques to ensure proper use of medical devices • Prior experience in a heavy travel role • Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams • Proactive, curious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment • Strong written and verbal communication skills
