📋 Description
• Recepción de llamadas para atender a clientes de Claro POSTPAGO sobre sus dudas y consultas • Brindar atención al cliente sin realizar ventas ni ofrecimientos • Gestionar remotamente como asesor telefónico • Participar en capacitaciones remotas de lunes a sábado • Atender durante el turno AM, con horarios de 09:00 AM a 06:00 PM o de 10:00 AM a 07:00 PM y un descanso rotativo
🎯 Requirements
• Secundaria Completa • Experiencia Formal en atc o ventas (3 meses) • Contar con equipo para trabajar desde casa: computadora o laptop con Windows 11 Pro, 8GB de RAM, internet cableado y cámara web (obligatorio) • Disponibilidad para turno AM de tiempo completo • Disponibilidad para descanso rotativo • Actitud y ganas de crecer y hacer línea de carrera
