📋 Description

• As Spa Manager (m/f/d), you are responsible for leading and developing your branch. • You are the primary point of contact for your on-site employees. • You conduct job interviews and handle staff scheduling for your team. • Your goal is the continuous improvement of customer satisfaction and the achievement of business objectives. • You have a hands-on approach and are willing to help out. • You are responsible for ensuring compliance with legal and company hygiene regulations. • A modern corporate culture and value-driven behavior are important to you.
