📋 Description

• Design, implementation and continuous development of the ESG strategy in close cooperation with executive management • Support operational business units in identifying and implementing sustainability and ESG projects • Analyse and implement group-wide requirements for reporting obligations related to sustainability activities • Support the planning, preparation and coordination of audits • Conduct lifecycle assessments, carbon footprint calculations and KPI determination • Promote employee awareness through targeted, audience-specific measures

🎯 Requirements

• Degree with a focus on sustainability/sustainability management or ESG management, or equivalent qualification • Practical experience in sustainability management according to ISO 14001, ISO 50001 or EMAS • Proactive approach to engaging with new projects and committed implementation of resulting measures • Pragmatic, analytical and results-oriented working style • Passion for sustainability • Confident presence and strong communication skills • Interest in working in intercultural teams • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally • Fluent German and very good English skills
