With decades of experience, the company supplies, installs and services roller shutters, sectional overhead doors, high-speed doors, fire shutters, automatic entrance doors, security gates and loading bay equipment (dock levellers, vehicle restraints), and offers proactive maintenance contracts and mobile emergency call‑out support to keep sites secure and compliant with safety legislation.

📋 Description

• Design, implementation and continuous development of the ESG strategy in close cooperation with executive management • Support for operational business units in identifying and implementing sustainability and ESG projects • Analysis and implementation of group-wide requirements regarding reporting obligations for sustainability activities • Participation in the planning, preparation and coordination of audits, including supporting operational business units in meeting reporting and documentation obligations • Conducting lifecycle analyses, carbon footprint calculations and KPI determinations • Promoting employee awareness through target-group-specific measures and encouraging staff to develop project proposals • Supporting active, engaged employee participation in internal corporate sustainability competitions

🎯 Requirements

• Degree with a focus on sustainability/Sustainability or ESG management, or a comparable qualification • Practical experience in sustainability management in accordance with ISO 14001, ISO 50001 or EMAS • Proactive approach to engaging with new projects and committed implementation of resulting measures • Pragmatic, analytical and results-oriented working style • Passion for sustainability, confident presence, strong communication skills and interest in working in intercultural teams • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, with fluent German and very good English skills
