G+H Group is a German industrial services company providing insulation (thermal, cold and cryogenic), building renovation and sanierung, structural fire protection, industrial and architectural soundproofing, and door & gate services. They combine engineering, project management, installation, maintenance and testing/validation (acoustic competence center, material and building-physics test stands) to serve industrial clients in sectors such as power generation, LNG and manufacturing across numerous German locations.

📋 Description

• Design, implementation and continuous development of the ESG strategy in close cooperation with executive management • Support the operational business units in identifying and implementing sustainability and ESG projects • Analyse and implement group-wide requirements regarding reporting obligations for sustainability activities • Participate in the planning, preparation and coordination of audits, including supporting operational business units in meeting reporting and documentation obligations • Conduct life cycle assessments, carbon footprint calculations and KPI determination • Promote awareness among employees through target-group-oriented measures and encourage them to develop project proposals • Support active, lively employee participation in internal sustainability competitions

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in sustainability/sustainability management or ESG management, or a comparable qualification • Practical experience in sustainability management according to ISO 14001, ISO 50001 or EMAS • Proactive approach to onboarding new projects and committed implementation of resulting measures • Pragmatic, analytical and results-oriented working style • Passion for sustainability, confident demeanour, strong communication skills and an interest in working in intercultural teams • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally and fluent German and very good English skills
