📋 Description
• Serve as a first-level resource for delivering timely and professional responses to inquiries • Monitor and respond to inquiries via Zendesk, offering troubleshooting and guidance as needed • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments such as Finance, Test Delivery, Client Services, and Account Management to support overall client satisfaction and operational excellence • Generate internal reports to support department efficiency, visibility, and oversight
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred • 2+ years of experience in administrative support, customer service, or operations preferred • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with Zendesk or other ticketing platforms is a plus • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
