📋 Description

• Lead automation projects and develop automation solutions using UiPath while adhering to architecture, standards, and best practices • Automate business requirements by creating tasks, schedules, and managing RPA bots • Design automation solutions and maintain technical responsibility for project delivery and deliverable SLAs • Collaborate with business managers, process owners, IT, end-users, and other team members to analyze requirements and design automations • Translate workflow diagrams and business processes into automated solutions • Refine proprietary task management tools used to launch bots • Define new RPA use cases with end-users • Design quality control policies and procedures for accurate and consistent RPA jobs • Lead technology demonstrations for sales and client update presentations • Build the RPA development team framework, including policy and process documentation • Communicate project status and high-priority changes or support requests to stakeholders and management • Perform security reviews and collaborate with IT Security and Operations on automation security controls • Ensure regulatory compliance in data utilization and information access, including protection of PHI • Follow HIPAA standards and Information Security policies when using, protecting, and disclosing PHI

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required • Minimum of 3 years of experience using UiPath RPA automation development tools • Experience with customer support/client issue resolution management • Strong understanding of SQL data • Solid understanding of workflow design principles • Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities • Strong organizational skills • Ability to document and troubleshoot errors and escalate priority issues • Knowledge of troubleshooting potential issues and database operations best practices • Ability to manage multiple complex, high-priority projects simultaneously • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Strong interpersonal and communication skills at all organizational levels • Strong problem-solving and creative skills, sound judgment, and ability to make decisions based on timely and accurate analyses • High integrity, dependability, urgency, and results orientation • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Gracious and welcoming personality for customer service interaction • Availability to work outside normal business hours as needed • Must possess a smartphone or electronic device capable of downloading applications for multifactor authentication and security purposes • Ability to follow directions, collaborate with others, and handle stress • Must comply with Information Security and HIPAA policies and procedures • Must limit PHI viewing to the minimum necessary for assigned duties
