📋 Description

• Partner with business users across the organization to understand needs and objectives. • Foster strong relationships and maintain clear communication between technical teams and business stakeholders. • Analyze business needs and define clear, detailed requirements for new reports, dashboards and data solutions. • Convert business requirements into actionable technical specifications for reporting and data enhancements. • Collaborate with developers and BI teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of reporting solutions. • Facilitate requirements workshops, interviews, and feedback sessions. • Work with data structures and reporting tools to ensure accurate and efficient solutions. • Assess and improve business processes related to data and reporting. • Transform complex data challenges into meaningful insights that support decision-making. • Validate and test reports and data outputs to ensure alignment with business expectations. • Support data governance initiatives and ensure compliance with data quality standards. • Maintain documentation and change logs for reporting and data-related projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: College diploma, bachelor's degree, or relevant experience • 5+ Years Experience in Business Analysis or closely related field with a focus on data and reporting. • Strong understanding of data models, relational databases, and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, SSRS). • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Experience with SQL and data querying is a plus. • IIBA Certification is considered an asset but not required. • Language Skills: English, written and spoken. French would be considered an asset. • Security Clearance Requirement: You will be required to have Reliability Status Clearance (Enhanced Level B). This includes Fingerprinting, Criminal Record Check, Credit Check and you must have resided in Canada for at least 5 years and hold Permanent Resident or Citizenship Status.
