📋 Description
• Lead the growth strategy for group and individual insurance lines • Partner across Product, Marketing, and Sales to develop new products • Identify and pursue new growth opportunities across markets • Build, strengthen, and optimize distribution partnerships • Provide market intelligence and analysis for strategic decisions • Ensure initiatives align with regulatory requirements
🎯 Requirements
• Deep expertise in group insurance within the Canadian market • 10+ years of progressive experience in insurance • Proven ability to lead through influence • Strong track record of managing distribution channels • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Life license (LLQP) or willingness to obtain • English is a requirement, bilingualism (ENG/FR) is an asset
