📋 Description

• Principal focus on growing existing clients against stated growth targets • Works with CEO to implement effective incentive plans for Client Partnerships team • Performs regular strategic business reviews with key clients • Mentors and develops Managers, Client Partnerships in best practices to engage clients and grow accounts • Provides strategic insight as a senior member of the MCE team • Collaborates with Client Partnerships team around new growth opportunities that align with client needs and our capabilities • Oversees the development, implementation and presentation of Strategic Key Account Plans by Client Partnerships team • Oversees department activities to ensure delivery of innovative MedComms solutions to our clients • Meets or exceeds revenue and profitability targets; including monthly achievement of the department’s KPIs • Collaborates with team to develop a strategic plan for department performance, training, and talent development • Manages departmental budget and identifies areas of efficiency and of concern • Reinforces behaviors that are aligned with our core values

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of work experience in a Medical Communications agency required (client facing) • Excellent understanding of Medical Communications deliverables for Medical Affairs clients • Accurate and detail-oriented working style with a high degree of integrity, tact and confidentiality • Willing to travel to client meetings and medical congresses • Proficiency with Apple Devices and G-Suite Office Tools, preferred
