📋 Description
• Independently manage a portfolio of continuing students through the financial process • Answer student questions and anticipate financial concerns in a manner that is customer focused • Counsel students to ensure financial obligations are honored • Analyze and evaluate student financial need and review funding sources • Inform and advise students and parents regarding eligibility and responsibilities of financial aid programs • Review and evaluate required documentation and package awards • Provide assistance in collections and communications regarding student accounts • Track all financial aid documents • Keep students informed of their financial aid file and refund status • Run periodic reports prior to and during the term
🎯 Requirements
• At least one year of financial aid experience required • Bachelor's Degree preferred • Passionate about student success and higher education • Empathetic, patient, and positive • Excellent phone and written communication skills • Excellent time management and organizational skills • Attention to detail • Able to thrive in a dynamic and deadline-driven environment
