📋 Description
• Own Figma as the primary design tool, building and maintaining component libraries, shared styles, design tokens, and multi-brand files • Apply AI design and production tools to accelerate asset variation, resizing, and localisation while maintaining quality and brand consistency • Develop concepts for digital assets across social media channels, including seasonal campaigns and major brand moments • Deliver high-quality creative across multiple social platforms while following channel specifications and current trends • Improve design systems, templates, and production workflows • Introduce ideas and innovative design thinking to elevate the team's creative output
🎯 Requirements
• Demonstrated experience in a comparable design role • Strong and engaging portfolio • Advanced, demonstrable Figma skills; Figma expertise is non-negotiable • Practical experience with AI design tools • Curiosity about emerging design tools and technologies • Solid understanding of typography, colour theory, social media trends, and platform specifications • Adobe Creative Suite experience, including Photoshop and Illustrator, is a bonus • Ability to receive feedback well, work under pressure, and take ownership of work • Portfolio or examples of Graphic Design work required
