• Achieve or exceed annual sales and revenue targets within the political, advocacy, and public-sector ecosystem. • Leverage an established network of relationships within political campaigns, public-sector agencies, associations, and consultancies to drive new business opportunities. • Develop and execute a vertical-specific go-to-market plan that aligns with election cycles, budgetary processes, and legislative priorities. • Act as a trusted advisor to senior decision-makers across campaigns, agencies, PACs, and public offices, identifying how MediaRadar’s insights can inform smarter advertising and outreach decisions. • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to refine offerings and ensure relevance for the political and public-sector marketplace. • Partner with client success to ensure adoption, retention, and expansion of high-value relationships. • Maintain deep, real-time awareness of political advertising trends, compliance regulations (e.g., FEC rules), and public-sector procurement dynamics. • Represent MediaRadar at key political, advocacy, and government conferences and industry events.
• Must have 5–7+ years of experience selling into the political, advocacy, or public-sector ecosystem. • Examples include selling SaaS, data, analytics, media, or compliance solutions to campaign committees, PACs, agencies, or government clients. • Additional Media experience outside of the Political arena is a plus. • Proven success in building and growing long-term relationships across complex, multi-stakeholder organizations. • Demonstrated understanding of political and public-sector buying cycles, RFP processes, and budgetary constraints. • Track record of exceeding quotas and driving growth through strategic partnerships and consultative sales. • Experience collaborating with internal product or data teams to identify market opportunities and influence product direction. • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills — comfortable engaging at C-suite, campaign leadership, and senior government levels. • Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and adaptable — able to thrive in a fast-moving, evolving market.
