📋 Description

• Edit social media content: Reels, TikToks, ads, interview clips, podcast cuts, and event aftermovies • Turn clear briefs into finished videos using existing templates, outros, and formatting guidelines • Use AI video tools such as Higgsfield, Runway, and Kling in combination with traditional editing techniques • Develop and implement hooks, transitions, and fast-paced editing patterns • Create variants for testing, including hooks, intros, and cuts • Create subtitles in German and English • Maintain task cards in Notion, including status updates, export and preview links, and deadlines

🎯 Requirements

• Highly proficient in Premiere Pro and After Effects • Experience with social media editing; this is not an image film-focused role • Experience with at least one AI video tool • Understanding of platform mechanics, including hooks, pacing, and pattern interrupts • Careful handling of sensitive medical content • Structured and self-directed working style • Strong written German and English skills • Two to three work samples from the social media sector • One to two sentences describing the AI tools used to date
