📋 Description

‱ Assist in recruitment activities (job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination). ‱ Support employee lifecycle processes: onboarding, probation tracking, performance reviews, and off-boarding. ‱ Help with payroll-related tasks such as reimbursements, overtime claims, and attendance tracking. ‱ Contribute to employee engagement initiatives (town halls, welfare programs, internal communication). ‱ Maintain accurate employee records and support compliance with Sri Lankan labour laws. ‱ Research and update HR best practices, policies, and procedures. ‱ Work with HR systems such as Zoho People, Zoho Recruit, and Zoho Projects (training provided).

🎯 Requirements

‱ Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent from a recognized Sri Lankan institution. ‱ Candidates who have completed a recent internship or have up to 6 months of relevant work experience in HR are also encouraged to apply. ‱ Strong academic record with evidence of high learning capability and analytical thinking. ‱ Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Sinhala (Tamil an advantage). ‱ Ability to self-learn using online resources, tutorials, and tools. ‱ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). ‱ Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to take initiative.
