âą Assist in recruitment activities (job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination). âą Support employee lifecycle processes: onboarding, probation tracking, performance reviews, and off-boarding. âą Help with payroll-related tasks such as reimbursements, overtime claims, and attendance tracking. âą Contribute to employee engagement initiatives (town halls, welfare programs, internal communication). âą Maintain accurate employee records and support compliance with Sri Lankan labour laws. âą Research and update HR best practices, policies, and procedures. âą Work with HR systems such as Zoho People, Zoho Recruit, and Zoho Projects (training provided).
âą Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelorâs Degree / Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent from a recognized Sri Lankan institution. âą Candidates who have completed a recent internship or have up to 6 months of relevant work experience in HR are also encouraged to apply. âą Strong academic record with evidence of high learning capability and analytical thinking. âą Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Sinhala (Tamil an advantage). âą Ability to self-learn using online resources, tutorials, and tools. âą Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). âą Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to take initiative.
