• Advance the mission of Medical Teams International by leading private philanthropy strategy • Oversee all philanthropic fundraising efforts and cultivate transformative partnerships • Align team structure, systems, and resources for organizational efficiency • Develop and execute a multi-year philanthropy strategy • Collaborate closely with the Executive Leadership Team for strategic planning
• MBA or Masters in related field required • CFRE, or equivalent preferred • Minimum 15 years of professional experience • 10 years in executive leadership roles • Proven track record of securing seven- and eight-figure gifts • Experience in corporate sales, business development, and/or product development highly desirable
