📋 Description

• Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to create best-in-class solutions • Matches appropriate technology solutions to business needs • Identifies, plans, develops, implements, and maintains business systems solutions • Maintains current understanding of client file layouts, relationships, & logic • Provides technical consultation to the client team and related internal stakeholders • Writes detailed descriptions of user needs, program functions, and steps required • Translates requirements into business, system & functional requirements • Develops queries to research, gather data and identify solutions • Performs various types of analysis related to business and system changes/enhancements • Actively participates in the creation and monitoring of service and trouble requests • Creates and maintains related documentation/material pertinent to identified changes • Creates and maintains project plans including task identification, prioritization, and sequencing of project tasks • Participates in developing and executing communication and training plans

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university • Four (4) years of Business System Analysis experience required in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM), Pharmacy, Managed Healthcare or similar role • Prior work experience supporting CMS initiatives is required, preferably with Medicaid programs • Strong proficiency with MS Office / Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio and Outlook • Business user of multiple software applications/processing systems • Working knowledge of key business application such as SQL coding, Oracle forms, Golden 32, MedOptimize, Visio, knowledgeable of UNIX operating systems
