• Develop, refine, and implement Medison’s global New Partner and Product Integration framework, governance, playbooks, templates, and activity trackers • Design end-to-end integration roadmaps and plans covering commercial, medical, regulatory, supply, quality, IT/data, and financial readiness • Build timeline planning, dependency mapping, and milestone tracking tools • Define and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and success metrics across countries and functions • Act as central PMO lead for all New Partner Integrations • Lead global NPPI Steering Committees, Working Groups, and the cross-functional NPPI Taskforce • Coordinate Commercial, Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Quality, Alliance Management, Finance, IT, Legal, Tech Ops, and regional/local teams • Translate deal terms into executable operational, go-to-market, launch, and brand plans • Identify interdependencies, resource constraints, and critical path items; drive decision-making and issue resolution • Lead partner onboarding, transition, and integration activities, aligning operating models, systems, processes, decision rights, and escalation pathways • Ensure infrastructure, systems, and processes support product transition and launch execution • Support local markets and global functions during asset transfer, launch, and collaboration activities • Facilitate readiness reviews, risk assessments, and challenge sessions • Drive mitigation plans protecting timelines, compliance, and business objectives • Own and continuously improve NPI processes, digital tools, governance, documentation, and reporting • Capture lessons learned and establish best practices • Manage senior stakeholder and external partner relationships • Deliver executive updates with status summaries, scenario assessments, and recommended actions
• Proven expertise leading complex, multi-country, cross-functional initiatives within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry • Strong exposure to partnerships, alliances, or asset in-licensing • Advanced PMO and program management capabilities, including planning, risk management, dependency tracking, and executive reporting • Strong analytical and structural thinking skills • Experience operating across diverse geographies, including EU/CEE, APAC, and LATAM • High resilience and ability to navigate ambiguity, evolving deal dynamics, and competing priorities • Excellent communication and influencing skills • Strong business acumen, problem-solving orientation, and proactive mindset • Ability to lead without formal authority in decentralized, matrixed organizations • Highest ethical standards • University degree in life sciences, medicine, pharmacy, business, or a related field; advanced degree strongly preferred • Minimum of 15 years’ experience in the innovative pharmaceutical or biotech industry • Strong focus on New Product Introduction and Partnership Integration • Global PMO experience across Technical Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, Pharmacovigilance, Medical, Commercial Operations, and Finance • Track record leading complex global or regional programs involving multiple stakeholders and external partners • Strong project and portfolio management expertise, managing multiple workstreams simultaneously • Fluency in English • Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally as required • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, global organization
• Regular international travel expected • Flexible location, preferably in Central Eastern Europe
