📋 Description

• Conduct wellness screenings on site with clients • Collect blood samples • Measure blood pressure, pulse, height, weight and waist circumference • Conduct surveillance, audiometry, spirometry and VDU screenings • Set up and take down pop-up screening clinics at client sites • Clean and maintain screening equipment • Ensure medical waste is stored and disposed of appropriately • Provide general advice on healthy living practices where required • Use Medmark’s software system to record accurate client assessment records

🎯 Requirements

• Appropriate qualifications in nursing, phlebotomy and/or health surveillance • Proven experience with phlebotomy • Appropriate qualifications for administering vaccinations are desirable but not essential • Excellent communication, interpersonal, empathy and listening skills • Strong organizational and planning skills, including time management • Proven track record of prioritizing key tasks and delivering to a high professional standard • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships • Access to own transport is essential • Garda vetted • Flexibility to work at client sites nationwide • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Good IT skills and experience with electronic health records
