📋 Description

• Lead the DACH Neurovascular marketing and market development strategy aligned with Western European and global objectives • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product and Market Development Specialists • Lead annual strategic planning, including budget, resource allocation, and performance management • Translate customer, market, and competitive insights into priorities and growth opportunities • Drive therapy awareness, adoption, and market development across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland • Identify opportunities to improve patient pathways, clinical workflows, and economics of care • Partner with Sales Leadership and the field organisation to translate strategy into commercial execution • Build relationships with healthcare professionals and key external stakeholders • Collaborate across Medical Education, Market Access, Clinical Research, Health Economics, Finance, Training & Education, Sales Excellence, and Legal/Compliance • Represent Neurovascular at regional meetings, congresses, and customer events • Monitor market and business performance and adapt strategy to maximise impact

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related discipline • 7+ years of relevant experience in MedTech, healthcare, HCP engagement, marketing, market development, or business transformation • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing or market development strategies • Experience leading teams and developing high-performing talent • Experience driving change or transformation across a regional or multi-country environment • Strong commercial and strategic mindset • Ability to translate customer and market insights into business results • Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills • Collaborative, agile, and outcome-focused approach • Willingness to travel approximately 50% within DACH and internationally • Fluent written and spoken German and English • Facility-based full measles immunization requirement • French and/or Italian is an advantage
