📋 Description

• Build and lead all activities of the centralized Western Europe deformity team • Plan, direct, and monitor deformity sales team activities within the Western Europe geography to achieve sales targets • Develop and implement business strategies for existing and potential deformity accounts • Manage day-to-day activities of the deformity sales team to execute the overall sales strategy • Develop and maintain relationships with key account personnel and relevant functions to support selling, market development, service efforts, and clinical programs • Identify opportunities and develop new programs to increase market share in the deformity space • Assess the need for new selling programs and processes, conduct competitive analysis, and implement strategies • Coach sales representatives on product and service technical aspects, marketing campaigns, sales promotions, and sales techniques • Build and implement the deformity go-to-market plan aligned with regional and country sales leaders • Implement and execute medical education activities for internal sales teams

🎯 Requirements

• Availability to travel for at least 70% of working time • At least 3 years of spine experience with deformity expertise • People management experience • Fluency in English • Ability to comply with credentialing requirements at supported hospitals or clinics as a patient-facing field employee
