📋 Description

• Provide in-house repair service in a repair/service center or on-site technical service and support without sales and service quota • Provide technical advice to customers, sales personnel, and healthcare professionals on product-related questions, issues and problems • Provide sales personnel with technical data for product demonstrations • Act as liaison between sales personnel and customers on technical issues • Make technical presentations at sales meetings and customer locations • Deliver and/or manage assigned projects with stakeholders to achieve desired results • Work independently with general supervision on larger, moderately complex projects and assignments • Adjust or recommend enhancements to systems and processes to solve problems or improve effectiveness • Communicate information, status, needs and issues to support decision-making • Provide guidance and assistance to entry-level professionals and/or employees in the Support Career Stream • Work primarily with customers in the Berlin, Magdeburg, Braunschweig or Hannover region

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 6+ years experience • OR Associate’s Degree AND 4+ years experience • OR Bachelor’s Degree AND 2+ years experience • Technical or related experience in medical devices, MedTech, healthcare, life sciences or relevant industries • Additional training, certification, or professional licensure may be required in some countries • Complete measles immunization protection is required due to facility-specific vaccination requirements • Ability to work primarily in the Berlin, Magdeburg, Braunschweig or Hannover region • Ability to occasionally travel internationally for continuing education and training • Technical knowledge of medical devices, MedTech, healthcare, life sciences or relevant industries
