📋 Description
• Promote a broad Medical Surgical portfolio including Surgical Innovations, Acute Care Monitoring and Endoscopy • Support achievement of sales targets and territory goals • Build strong relationships with surgeons, nurses, and hospital stakeholders • Work closely with local distributor partners to support daily sales activities • Participate in product demonstrations and provide in-theatre support • Identify new opportunities and contribute to growing the business in key hospitals • Support product launches and local marketing initiatives • Collect market insights and share feedback with the wider team • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution
🎯 Requirements
• University degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field • 2–4 years of professional experience (sales or healthcare environment preferred) • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Interest in medical technology and willingness to learn • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required • Native-level proficiency in Croatian or Serbian (written and spoken) • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
