📋 Description

• Remotely sell Medtronic's products and retain end-user patients within assigned geographic areas and/or customer accounts • Identify, develop, and close leads; refer internal leads when appropriate • Provide input on new markets, new product introductions, and existing products or supplies • Promote and establish education about the company's products and/or services • Manage and respond to customer concerns and problems • Arrange product demonstrations by field sales representatives • Assist field sales representatives with planning and execution of sales activities • Provide ongoing sales support, including sales calls, data analysis, customer opportunities, and sales representative follow-up • Establish and maintain customer relationships, develop new relationships, implement sales strategies, and close sales • Achieve individual sales targets by selling products/services, developing new accounts, and expanding existing accounts • Work with sales, marketing, and finance to structure complex contracts • Recommend enhancements to sales processes and changes in account tactics to achieve sales goals • Provide guidance and assistance to entry-level sales professionals and/or support employees

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 6+ years experience • OR Associate’s Degree AND 4+ years experience • OR Bachelor’s Degree AND 2+ years experience • Relevant sales, customer support, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences • Ability to work independently with general supervision • Knowledge of market landscape, marketing, and pricing structure • Ability to structure complex contracts with sales, marketing, and finance • Ability to communicate with external customers and/or vendors through negotiation and/or presentations • Ability to manage customer relationships, accounts, sales processes, and sales activities
