📋 Description

• Plan training programs in collaboration with the Sales Manager and other teams to train customers. • Provide technical support to customers regarding products and CAS procedures. • Support sales and marketing teams during presentations and launches of new products and therapies. • Report all account-, market- and competitor-related information, trends, and metrics. • Collect and report all customer feedback, product-related issues and legal concerns, as well as customer complaints related to product incidents. • Carry out all administrative tasks, including regularly providing activity reports to the Sales Manager.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in life sciences or engineering • Minimum 5 years' experience with electrophysiology procedures and products • Ability to work independently and collaboratively on projects • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels of the organization • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy • Experience in the medical device industry, including in a hospital operating room (OR) environment, is a plus.
