📋 Description

• Plan and organize work according to priorities and provide visibility of schedule to management and Client Managers • Perform maintenance on instruments in accordance with manufacturer recommendations • Carry out instrument qualification following assessment of client needs • Perform software and hardware updates • Apply maintenance and qualification protocols • Diagnose and troubleshoot multi-brand instruments • Manage spare parts inventory optimally • Systematically document and ensure traceability of each intervention in compliance with Quality standards • Write and update maintenance and qualification protocols • Lead internal and/or external technical training on instruments within their range(s)

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience in maintenance (after-sales service, laboratory) • Degree equivalent to Bac+2 to Bac+5 (2 to 5 years post-secondary education) in chemistry, biology, physics, or electronics, or equivalent training • Comfortable with computers (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, etc.) • Autonomous, well organized, and methodical, with strong communication skills and a good team spirit • Excellent interpersonal skills • Professional working proficiency in English • Able to multitask and motivated to learn new techniques and products
