• Develops program marketing plan including strategies, objectives, tactics and budget • Conducts market analyses to maintain an appropriate level of understanding of health care financing, organization, systems and standards for care delivery to support program marketing plans • Initiates market research regarding economics of care delivery • Establishes and executes promotional strategies required to support program marketing plan • Develops and maintains relationships with health system customers to understand customer needs • Develops and maintains relationships with internal business unit, marketing and sales staff to develop and execute the program marketing plan
• Master’s degree with proven experience in marketing leadership within the medical device or healthcare industry • Strong emphasis on cross-functional collaboration • Strong understanding of the Western European market landscape, particularly in cardiology and cardiac rhythm management (CRM) • Experience in product launches and developing value propositions for innovative healthcare technologies, particularly in AI-driven solutions • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to manage large, diverse teams and drive alignment across multiple countries and functions with empathy and efficiency • Strategic thinker with a track record of driving long-term marketing plans while executing near-term tactical campaigns • Experience with digital marketing, channel strategy, and sales team collaboration
