📋 Description

• Plan, direct, and lead sales activities for Medtronic CoreValve System. • Develop and implement sustainable business relationships and therapy growth strategies. • Hire, develop, and retain sales representatives and clinical specialists. • Manage annual operating planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the therapy development team. • Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to Sales and Clinical team through field visits.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree • 7+ years of medical sales experience • 5+ years managing medical sales reps • Strong leadership skills • Ability to attract and manage a diverse workforce
