📋 Description

• Develop, integrate, and provide account- or brand-specific forecasts for internal sales and operations planning • Incorporate replenishment data, point-of-sale data, sales promotion information, marketing plans, manufacturing capacity, and new distribution/product deletions into forecasts • Improve demand forecasting accuracy for internal and external customers • Determine appropriate algorithms for statistical forecasts • Maintain and manage product history, accurate forecasting, and promotional demand • Analyze internal demand stream information and categorize it according to demand patterns • Align sales and marketing intelligence for each operating unit for use in forecast systems • Collaborate with sales organizations, national sales accounts, marketing, research and development, and related forecasting and planning groups • Support business planning, inventory optimization, customer fulfillment, forecast accuracy, S&OP, and informed business decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is required • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in demand planning and forecasting • Strong skills in statistical forecasting, sales and operations planning (S&OP), demand analysis, inventory/replenishment planning, promotional forecasting, cross-functional stakeholder management, forecast accuracy improvement and data-driven decision-making • Fluent in English • Spanish and Portuguese are desirable in case it is not native • Advanced Excel skills • Experience using Power BI reporting is desirable • Experience using Blue Yonder planning system is desirable
