📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 10 employees • Supervise procurement, facilities, and logistics functions • Develop and improve internal processes, seeking efficiency, scalability, and readiness for higher demand levels • Foster an open, diverse, and collaborative work environment

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in team management roles (preferably leading teams of 10+ people) • Hands-on experience in Procurement, Facilities, and Logistics • Hands-on approach with a strategic mindset for structuring and improving processes • Strong interpersonal skills: good communication, active listening, emotional intelligence, ability to delegate, and ease working in fast-paced (startup-style) environments; ability to develop and maintain cross-functional relationships • Previous experience in high-growth environments is a strong plus
