📋 Description

• Develop, integrate and provide account or brand-specific forecasts for internal sales and operations planning, including replenishment data, point-of-sale data, sales promotion information, marketing plans, manufacturing capacity, and new distribution/product deletions • Improve demand forecasting accuracy for internal and external customers, including determining the appropriate algorithm for statistical forecasts • Maintain and manage product history, accurate forecasting, and promotional demand • Analyze internal demand stream information and categorize according to demand patterns • Align sales/marketing intelligence for each operating unit for use in forecast systems • Work with sales organizations, national sales accounts, marketing, research and development, and related forecasting and planning groups • Support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), inventory optimization, customer fulfillment, and data-driven business decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is required • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in demand planning and forecasting • Strong skills in statistical forecasting, sales and operations planning (S&OP), demand analysis, inventory/replenishment planning, promotional forecasting, cross-functional stakeholder management, forecast accuracy improvement and data-driven decision-making • Fluent in English • Advanced Excel skills • Spanish and Portuguese are desirable in case it is not native • Experience of using Power BI reporting and experience of using Blue Yonder planning system are desirable skills
