• Lead the full transformation and operational leadership of Medtronic’s Remote Sales organization. • Oversee multi‑layered team structure including Remote Sales Managers and Remote Sales Representatives. • Shape the strategic direction, operating model, and performance culture of the Remote Sales organization. • Ensure clarity, capability building, and change adoption in the transition to a centralized solid-line reporting model.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related area • MBA or advanced degree preferred • 15+ years of progressive commercial/sales leadership experience • 5–10 years at senior leadership level managing multi‑country organizations • Proven experience driving large‑scale commercial transformation • Track record in remote/inside sales, digital sales models, or centralized sales operations • Strong background in one or more of the following therapies preferred: ACM, CRDN, PVH, Surgical
