📋 Description

• Develop sales of the Neurovascular product range with existing and new customers • Achieve set quantitative and qualitative objectives to consolidate the company’s market presence and reputation • Build and maintain strong, long-term professional relationships with healthcare professionals and other key stakeholders in your territory • Actively engage with your target healthcare institutions to carry out activities that drive sales growth and optimize the patient pathway • Analyze the market, develop an action plan aligned with the national strategy, and implement it across the territory and relevant accounts

🎯 Requirements

• Higher education in business or equivalent knowledge/experience • Proven experience (5+ years) selling products or services, ideally in the medical and/or surgical sector • Professional working proficiency in English, written and spoken • Field-based position; driving license required • Familiarity with hospital decision-making processes is an advantage • Ability to identify customer needs and translate them into potential solutions • Strong analytical skills and a consultative approach to clients and prospects • Negotiation skills and ability to close deals • Results-oriented, persistent, and committed • Open-minded, strong team spirit, ability to maintain effective communication within a matrix organization and with multidisciplinary teams • Interest in innovation, curiosity and enthusiasm for high-technology products
