📋 Description

• Ensure target achievement by strategically expanding existing customer relationships and actively acquiring new customers within the sales territory. • Proactively plan, implement and continuously develop all commercial activities to achieve sustainable market penetration. • Develop and strengthen long-term partnerships with relevant healthcare stakeholders, especially medical professionals. • Provide expert support during procedures, assist with implantations and programming, and conduct training and aftercare measures at selected facilities. • Therapy consulting and product expertise. • Provide qualified advice to physicians and medical staff on innovative therapy solutions, particularly in neuromodulation, Spinal Cord Stimulation (SCS) and Targeted Drug Delivery (TDD). • Implement and adapt market development strategies and actively contribute to product launches to ensure profitable growth. • Collaborate closely with internal interfaces (e.g., Sales, Marketing), use CRM systems efficiently (e.g., Salesforce), take responsibility for ordering and billing processes, and continuously optimize customer-facing workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training or degree in a technical or medical field (e.g., biomedical engineering) • Strong anatomical knowledge and pronounced technical and medical affinity • Confident, professional manner with strong communication skills and a high sense of responsibility • Structured, proactive working style with high flexibility, resilience and sales orientation • Experience using CRM systems and relevant tools, with strong teamwork skills and integrity • Very good German and good English language skills • High willingness to travel (approx. 75%) and a valid driver's license
