📋 Description

• Ensuring target achievement through strategic expansion of existing customer relationships and active acquisition of new customers within the sales territory • Planning, executing and continuously developing commercial activities to achieve sustainable market penetration • Developing and strengthening long-term partnerships with healthcare stakeholders, particularly clinical staff • Providing expert support during operative procedures and assistance with implantations • Performing programming, training and follow-up care in selected facilities • Advising physicians and clinical staff on neuromodulation, SCS and TDD therapy solutions • Implementing and adapting market development strategies • Participating in product launches to ensure profitable growth • Collaborating with internal interfaces such as Sales and Marketing • Using CRM systems, e.g. Salesforce • Managing order and billing processes • Optimizing processes in the customer environment

🎯 Requirements

• Completed training or degree in a technical or medical field, e.g. biomedical engineering • Good anatomical knowledge • Strong technical and medical affinity • Confident, professional demeanor • Excellent communication skills and a sense of responsibility • Structured, proactive working style • High flexibility and resilience • Sales affinity • Experience with CRM systems and relevant tools • Team player with integrity • High willingness to travel, approx. 75% • Valid driving license • Very good German language skills and good English skills • Complete measles vaccination due to facility-related vaccination mandate • Willingness to comply with credentialing requirements in hospitals or clinics
