📋 Description

• Partner with event requestors to understand objectives, audience needs, and desired outcomes • Translate requirements into virtual event solutions and delivery plans • Own the full lifecycle of live virtual events, including planning, setup, rehearsal, execution, and post-event follow-up • Configure and manage events in Zoom and LMS platforms, including breakout rooms, polls, Q&A, and engagement tools • Lead and moderate live sessions • Ensure smooth technical execution and a high-quality participant experience • Provide real-time troubleshooting and technical support during live events • Coordinate with onsite AV, LMS, marketing, and content teams for seamless delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience delivering live virtual events or webinars • Hands-on experience with Zoom or similar platforms • Experience with Learning Management Systems such as Totara • Proven experience managing live event operations, including rehearsals and real-time troubleshooting • Experience working directly with stakeholders or clients in a consultative/partnering role • Strong customer and stakeholder focus • Ability to build trust and credibility • High level of ownership, accountability, and commitment to delivery excellence
