📋 Description

• Overseeing and guiding staff that are assigned to client-contracted work • Ensuring quality performance and adherence to project goals • Supporting and mentoring staff in their professional growth while monitoring performance and attendance • Maintaining high levels of responsiveness and service quality to ensure positive client relationships and satisfaction • Driving overall team productivity and quality standards through collaboration and support • Distribution of client accounts and work • Management of staff performance and attendance • Supporting leadership initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma • 3 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) • 1 year in a senior or lead role • Proficiency in navigating EHR billing platforms • Working knowledge of billing and insurance collections • 5 years of experience with healthcare transactions such as billing, insurance follow-up, government and non-government, hospital and physician, denials management, under payments/zero payments and other revenue cycle functions • Strong knowledge of Microsoft office suite, including Excel and PowerPoint • Delegation and leadership capabilities
