• Drive 100% net revenue retention across ~500 contracted customers through effective renewal management. • Lead renewal discovery to understand customer goals, email needs, and budget, and recommend the right Marigold solutions. • Proactively identify growth opportunities and churn risks; create data-driven account plans to maximize revenue and retention. • Develop and present customized renewal proposals and manage pricing and legal negotiations in partnership with internal teams. • Collaborate with Customer Success and cross-functional teams to support value-based selling, reinforce feature adoption, and advocate for customer needs. • Serve as a subject-matter expert on Campaign Monitor, including product features, ideal use cases, and customer profiles.
• Minimum of 2 years of Account Management or Sales experience (preferably in the technology / SaaS space) • Passionate about helping customers • Proven track record of achievement against targets • Experience in managing sales-oriented conversations with customers and prospects • Comfortable facilitating legal negotiation in partnership with the Legal team • Previous experience with Salesforce.com or a comparable CRM tool
