📋 Description

• Take over leadership and drive the further development of the agency • Coordinate and motivate a team of independent reviewers and data agents • Ensure authentic and transparent review and testimonial reporting • Utilize advanced AI technologies and analyze market trends • Continuously optimize reach and business processes • Manage diverse projects and the Grazy Promotion and GeniusAI platforms • Oversee high-converting content and ensure customer inquiries are handled • Maintain relationships with partners and platforms such as Digistore24 and Copecart • Win and develop your own clients • Be responsible for forecasting and KPI monitoring • Use CRM for lead management • Independently exceed growth targets

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of proven success in marketing, sales, or customer service • Ideally experience in a leadership role • Hands-on experience with AI-powered tools • Ability to apply AI tools for process automation • Fluent German (spoken and written) • Good English skills • Ability to build relationships with clients, partners, and the team • Analytical problem-solving skills • Entrepreneurial mindset • Willingness to provide a small initial capital for your own setup • Willingness to enter a self-employed partnership
