📋 Description

• Administrative work: research, data gathering, and report preparation; scheduling; email management • Add, cancel, or change appointments; resolve scheduling conflicts; coordinate daily schedules • Prepare documents for meetings; update PowerPoint presentations • Manage client social media accounts and create content using Canva and MS Office • Use Mailchimp and other email marketing tools; manage email campaigns • Use Dubsado system for client management • Maintain and update website photos, content, and offers • Handle inbound and outbound calls and personal errands as requested • Help create monthly subscription offerings

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years Virtual Assistant experience preferably in beauty and wellness industry. • Strong admin experience • Proficient in Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint), Google Suite, Canva, Dubsado, Mailchimp and other email marketing tools • Fluent in English for conversation and information conveyance • Available full-time during EST business hours • Social media management experience (Facebook, Instagram) • Computer: fiber connection ≥20Mbps download/upload; main desktop/laptop i5–i7 with 8GB RAM
