📋 Description

• Prepare regular sales reports on sales volumes, customer numbers, margins, churn rates and switching movements • Analyze market and competitor data and derive strategic recommendations • Create forecasts, budget plans and actual-vs-target reconciliations • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI, Tableau or Qlik • Evaluate energy tariffs, products and pricing strategies • Support contribution margin calculations and quote pricing • Provide economic support for campaigns, sales actions and marketing initiatives • Further develop sales processes and KPI systems • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Portfolio Management, Customer Service and Controlling • Prepare decision documents for management • Ensure and coordinate data and information flows between departments

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or a comparable field • Initial professional experience in controlling, ideally in the energy industry • Strong analytical skills and a high affinity for numbers • Knowledge of energy regulatory frameworks, e.g. EEG, EnWG, and price components • Confident use of MS Excel, BI tools and ERP systems • Team player with strong communication skills and a structured, proactive way of working
