📋 Description

• Daily posting and reconciliation of incoming payments • Processing accounts receivable payment runs • Processing and monitoring accounts receivable dunning runs • Monitoring outstanding receivables and resolving payment discrepancies and open items • Conducting credit checks and monitoring existing customer creditworthiness • Communicating and coordinating with trade credit insurers • Processing and monitoring installment payment arrangements, debt collection, and insolvency cases • Processing incoming correspondence via email, fax, and postal mail • Preparing analyses and reports for accounts receivable and credit management • Performing general accounting activities in accounts receivable and credit management • Collaborating with internal departments, customers, and external partners

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification • Ideally, professional experience in credit management, accounting, or accounts receivable • Solid accounting knowledge and experience handling open items, incoming payments, and account reconciliations • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV or comparable ERP systems is an advantage • Strong affinity for numbers, along with a careful, structured, and independent working style • Excellent communication skills, a professional manner, and assertiveness when dealing with customers • Ability to work in a team, a strong sense of responsibility, and a high level of reliability
