• Generar negocios para Meliá Hotels International mediante la educación y promoción de los productos de la compañía a los clientes dentro de la comunidad MICE. • Promocionar los productos MHI. • Desarrollar nuevos negocios: identificar y establecer nuevas oportunidades de negocios MICE. • Gestionar todas las operaciones de ventas relacionadas. • Desarrollar e implementar un plan de ventas claro y conciso. • Construir y mantener relaciones comerciales en los respectivos mercados. • Realizar análisis de mercado y de la competencia.
• Mínimo de tres años en un puesto similar, con un historial comprobado de superación de objetivos de ventas. • Fuertes habilidades de comunicación y negociación. • Capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas, priorizar y administrar el tiempo de manera efectiva. • Comprensión integral del área/mercado asignado. • Dominio de los sistemas MS Office y CRM. • Experiencia con la gestión de RFP y herramientas de desarrollo empresarial. • Inglés; otros idiomas son muy valorados.
