📋 Description

• You analyze strategic and organizational issues and, together with your team, develop structured, actionable solutions • You manage (sub-)projects and act as the central point of contact for our clients • You work with stakeholders at different levels, present findings and support implementation • You build your own network with clients and within Meliorate • You take responsibility for project acquisition and contribute to developing new topics and service offerings • You further develop existing offerings and support their market positioning • You coach colleagues in their professional development and progressively take on leadership responsibilities • You contribute to internal initiatives and support the development and sharing of knowledge within the company

🎯 Requirements

• You have at least four years' experience in management or strategy consulting, ideally in asset‑intensive organizations • You have already taken responsibility for projects or subprojects, or you are ready to take this next step • You hold a degree with above-average results in a business or technical field • You quickly structure complex issues and work in a solution‑oriented way • You communicate clearly and persuasively — both within the team and with clients • You have excellent German and English skills • You are willing to travel for projects
